PC015 Political Contessa You're Already Doing It! Do It Bigger with the Pocketbook Project

Many of my recent episodes have been issue-based, aimed at giving you the bug to either run for office or urge your friends to. This episode addresses how to take that plunge.

Today, I talk about fundraising. I explain why most women already do some variation of fundraising, and I note that they tend to find it hard to ask for money despite this. I share and interpret statistics on the subject, and I note that you’ll never find a candidate you agree with 100% of the time. I offer tips to start fundraising for your own campaign or that of a candidate you support, and finally, I invite you to reach out for more tips at my website.
