PC101 - Getting Politically Involved & Impacting Change with Jill Homan

Jill Homan is a real estate investor who has devoted the last 25 years to advocating for the Republican Party and conservative candidates. She served as an elected member of the Republican National Committee from 2012 to 2020. During her tenure as a Republican national committeewoman, Jill served in a voluntary position as one of 168 members of the RNC. She also served on the RNC Executive Committee and is a former member of the Site Selection Committee for the 2016 Convention in Cleveland. Today, Jill operates a real estate company dedicated to investing in communities in need.

Jill joins me today to discuss getting involved and active in politics. She describes her early political experiences and how she became active and engaged with politics. She reveals the lessons she learned from running grassroots campaigns and knocking on the doors of thousands of Republicans. She also shares her thoughts and insights on the Republican messaging for the 2024 elections and what it would take to earn the votes of suburban women and people of color.

“I became politically active because I saw how so many decisions that impact our everyday lives happen through local and national laws, and a way to impact change is to get involved.” - Jill Homan
